What I Do

I am a freelance web designer and developer building custom websites, landing pages and small web apps. Every project goes from brand and art direction through interface design to the finished front end, so nothing gets lost between a mockup and the live site. I design in Figma and build in WordPress, Next.js with Sanity, Framer or Ruby on Rails, choosing the stack around what the project actually needs to do.

My Approach

Projects start with a conversation about who the site is for and what it has to achieve. I map the content first, design the key screens, then build. I believe design should tell a story and solve a problem, so I iterate until form and function land in the same place. Clients get a site they can update themselves — usually through Sanity Studio or WordPress — along with the design files behind it.

Experience

I have been designing and building websites professionally since 2024, working directly with the client rather than through an agency layer. That means one person is accountable from the first conversation to the site going live. Recent clients include a curatorial art duo, an artisanal carpentry workshop in Milan, a dental instruments supplier, a multidisciplinary health studio near Milan, a travel coaching project and two SaaS products. The common thread is a small team that needs the site to carry real commercial weight, not just look good in a portfolio.
